Men and shopping at VS
This is something i see on a regular basis on any given day at Victoria's Secret..
There is a man walking in thru one of the 3 massive entrances shoulders slung low, eyes toward the floor and his mind obviously saying internally.." this is almost over this is almost over"....
First let me tell you Men out there.. straighten up, look forward and say to yourself this is for the greater good this is for the greater good... ;)
Having worked in retail for many years and in Lingerie retail for the majority of it I have seen alot of different scenerios play out with my fellow sales associates and the male customers. Some there to hit on the sales gals and some honestly there to make a move toward making his gal smile.
Please Please Please boys come prepared.... open a drawer, look at her panties size, jot down the Bra size and make a mental note of what her favorite color is. For goodness sake a little effort goes along way to YOU getting what YOU WANT!
Know that we are there to help you... and that we find it refreshing and kinda Hot when you Stand up straight look at us in the eyes and let us know you Love your girl enough to put one foot in front of the other and venture in to Victoria's Secret and are proud to walk out with that shiny pink bag!

That is true enlightenment, and even more encouraging to hear that we actually can rummage through our girl's panties at home. Something that we are completey discouraged from doing as adolescent males. Ohh, the contradiction.
ReplyDeleteSo not only have you liberated my sensibility to carrying a pink bag around the mall in demonstration of actual masculinity, I now can freely frolic through my girl's panties and she not think I am, well you know...
But it does beg me to ask...will this act of sneaking a peek at her size appear "hott" too her when she catches us and we attempt to tell her that we were going to surprise her; or will she freak because she really doesn't want us to see her true size or her well, you know, those special time of the month panties? And will the cute chic in the mall really be jealous that we are going to get what we want tonight from our girl or think that we are really some cross dressing pervert who likes to carry pretty bags in the mall.
It is funny how shopping for some cotton or lace held together by dental floss width spandex/elastic can cause grown me to cower and women to swoon. I have always wondered what Victoria's Secret might be. Maybe Victoria's secret is just what Michelle is saying...that Victoria the power of sexy is not in the lingerie but the desire that comes from the risque of shopping for it. :)
